For British Eventing the horse must have received a recent booster injection within 12 months prior to the horse arriving at the competition. In the interest of equine welfare and to maintain optimum protection levels for your horse, it is strongly recommended that the most recent booster injection is given within 6 calendar months and 21 days prior to the horse competing. We would also draw your attention to BE Rule 10.2.1: no injection should have been given 7 days before the competition.

For British Dressage all horses must have received their latest booster vaccination within 12 months prior to the horse competing. In the interest of equine welfare and to maintain optimum protection levels for your horse, it is strongly recommended that the most recent booster injection is given within 6 calendar months and 21 days prior to the horse competing. Horse must have a compliant vaccination history and we reserve the right to check passports for compliance and those that do not comply will be denied access to all facilities be they for training or competition. The booster must have been administered at least 7 days before arriving at the competition.

For British Showjumping all horses must have received their latest booster vaccination within 12 months and have a compliant vaccination history. In the interest of equine welfare and to maintain optimum protection levels for your horse, it is strongly recommended that the most recent booster injection is given within 6 calendar months and 21 days prior to the horse competing. We reserve the right to check passports for compliance and those that do not comply will be denied access to all facilities be they for training or competition. Horse/Ponies must have received the full course of vaccinations or the booster at least 7 days prior to the competition date.

For Pony Club Grassroot Regional Championships, the most recent vaccination booster must have been given with six calendar months prior to the date of competition. No horse/pony may compete on the same day as a relevant injection is given or on any of the 6 days following such an injection.

For Unaffiliated One Day Events, Elandlodge.com Hunter Trials, Clear Round Cross Country, Arena Eventing, Unaffiliated Dressage, Unaffiliated Showjumping, Clinics, Camps, Easter Egg Hunt and Facility Hire, all horses must have received their latest booster vaccination within 12 months and have a compliant vaccination history.  In the interest of equine welfare and to maintain optimum protection levels for your horse, it is strongly recommended that the most recent booster injection is given within 6 calendar months and 21 days prior to the horse competing. We reserve the right to check passports for compliance and those that do not comply will be denied access to all facilities be they for training or competition. No injection should have been given 7 days before the competition.

Lost/Mislaid Passports
For the sake of clarity a photograph of the vaccination page AND the description page of the passport or a letter from a vet confirming the vaccination status where a passport has been lost or mislaid shall be acceptable.
