Our Arena Eventing courses consist of a short round of showjumps, followed by a timed section run over solid and frangible XC fences and elements including steps, a water splash, forest track, and in the larger classes, a ditch.

Clear Round Arena Eventing 24th February 2019 Times

Held through the winter months on our all-weather arena, our Arena Eventing competitions are fun and challenging. Arena Eventing consists of one continuous course that starts with showjumps and is followed by a variety of working hunter and portable cross country jumps, along with fixed elements such as a ditch, water splash and steps. A test of partnership and skill, the course involves some related distances, challenging combinations and long flowing lines. Overall, the perfect preparation for both Showjumping, Cross Country and Eventing competitions!

Entry Fee: £15 per class. Pre-entries essential. Entries close one week prior to the competition, or earlier if the event is oversubscribed. Late entries may be accepted after the closing date if space permits, these will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. A £3 late entry fee per class will apply.

Class 1: Intro (up to 50cm)
Red Flags

Class 2: 70cm
Blue Flags

Class 3: 80cm
Blue Flags

Class 4: 90cm
Orange Flags

Format

This is a clear round event, designed for fun and training in a competition environment
You may have 3 refusals at each obstacle, after the third refusal you must move on to the next element
Classes will run in height order, and individual times will be given per round.

What to wear

Cross country attire
You must wear an up to standard Peakless Hat (as per British Eventing Rules)
You must wear an up to standard Body Protector.
If an Air Jacket is worn, this must be worn over a standard Body Protector

Times
Individual times will be given for each round. Start times will be published 48 hours before the event and will be available on this event page.

Rosettes

A rosette will be awarded to each clear round achieved.

Cancellation & Withdrawals

You will recieve a 100% refund up to one week prior to the event. After this date you will be refunded only if we can fill your space.
