Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. You will receive 1 raffle ticket entry for every £25 you spend on products* in-store at Eland Lodge, or online at elandlodge.com. *spend on shipping, event entries, facility hire, livery, tabs and coffee shop purchases is not eligible for raffle tickets.
2. Customers who have purchased a ticket for our charity shopping evening and shop in-store between 16:00 to 20:00 on Thursday 10th December 2020 are eligible for double tickets, so will receive 2 tickets for every £25 spent on products.
3. Raffle tickets are allocated in chronological order from Saturday 5th December 2020 00:01hrs to Thursday 10th December 2020 23:59hrs.
4. Each prize is pre allocated a placing according to their monetary value. For example, if you get drawn 6th you will win the 6th prize. You cannot pick your prize, or change it once drawn.
5. No cash or alternative prizes are available.
6. Prizes will be drawn on Friday 11th December via a random number generator, and subsequently announced via video on our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
7. All drawn winners will be contacted via the phone number provided. Winners have 1 month to respond, after which time the prize will be re-drawn.
8. Some prizes may require us to order your prize from the sponsor, so you get the size/colour you require. This can mean a short a delay on receiving your prize.
9. Eland Lodge staff are not eligible to take part in the raffle.
