Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with them please do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights; by using the elandlodge.com website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
We will endeavor to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website however this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs but we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

Eland Lodge does not endorse or recommend any product or services promoted on the website, any information provided is obtained for the manufacturer and does not constitute advice.

We are committed to ensuring each and every order we receive is processed and despatched with the utmost care and efficiency. The Staff at Eland Lodge all have extensive equine experience and this is enhanced through in depth extensive product training by the manufacturers. We are happy to advise and answer queries on 01283 575 856 or email orders@elandlodge.com. We cannot however offer advice on safety equipment specifically hats and body protectors through the internet. All such items must be fitted in person at the store.


There are 3 different ways to purchase goods from Eland Lodge
    ?    In store at Eland Lodge Equestrian, Newborough Road, Draycott-in-the-Clay?The store is open Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm and Sundays 10am - 4pm.
    ?    By Phone?Telephone orders are always welcome during shop hours. An answer service is available outside of these hours
    ?    Online Eland Lodge are now offering the opportunity to purchase a selection of products from your own home with our online store.


When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused please contact us immediately.


When registering your details please ensure that the information you provide to us is complete and correct and that you will advise us as soon as possible should this change or if you wish your details to be removed.


Eland Lodge reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately. Please Note: We are unable to add or amend orders after you press the 'Order Now' button.


The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent.


You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website whilst connected to the Internet.


You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.


You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.


How Do I Find the Product I Want?


You can use the Search option, which looks though our entire online selection to find the products you are looking for. You can type in the product code of the items you require if you know them or just type the name of the product.
You can also browse through each of the sections and sub-sections of the site. Alternatively, you can search by brand and just look at the range of products we have available for each brand we carry.

The items are added to your Shopping Basket. To check your purchase at any time, click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. When you've made your selections, just check your customer details and confirm your purchase.


Please note, to place an order, you must first register to create an online account. Only when you are logged on can you complete your order. For customer service reasons, we may also restrict the products available on the website to those which are currently in stock.


The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. Please ensure that all contact details are completed accurately.


When placing an order to purchase goods from Eland Lodge on line you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Eland Lodge will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.


Pricing


All products offered for sale by Eland Lodge are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current Standard Rate unless the price is marked * - (this indicates that the item is zero rated).
Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted we will contact you, either by telephone or email, to request your instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated occasionally, despite our best endeavours, products appear mispriced, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list or change prices when necessary.


Payments


We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Solo and Delta.

How much will it Cost?


All prices are quoted for delivery to the United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland. Additional costs may be incurred for delivery to offshore destinations.
    ?    UK STANDARD DELIVERY £5.50?Despatch will be by post or our contracted carriers and usually takes five working days.?Please Note: This is a signatory service.
    ?    EXPRESS £10.00?For urgent items to UK Mainland addresses, excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (subject to status)?Orders must be received by 2pm to receive next day delivery before 12pm.
    ?    UK SATURDAY £15.00?For guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (subject to status). Orders must be received by 2pm Friday to receive Saturday delivery.
Postage is not refundable on returns (Please see below for returns policy).?Please note that our carriers normally require a signature on delivery and they do not make timed deliveries.


Is Your Parcel Being Delivered Outside the UK?


Delivery charges will be quoted subject to the destination country.
The prices on this website include VAT at the Standard Rate where applicable. Dependant on the destination country it may be possible to recover VAT where relevant. Regulations may vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to determine the legalities of not paying VAT.
Goods ordered from Eland Lodge for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes; these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you; we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.


When Should You Receive Your Order?


We aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 48 hours meaning that delivery should take 2 to 4 working days. Occasionally, at busy times, this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances delivery may take up to 28 days.


Can Somebody Else Sign for my Parcel?


As an Eland Lodge customer you can either have your goods delivered to your home address or you may nominate give an alternative delivery address so that a signature can be received in exchange for the parcel. The alternative address can be business or residential. A signature from an individual at this address constitutes a successful delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that nominated delivery addresses are both safe and an available delivery point.


How is Delivery Made?


Our delivery partner is Parcel Force so wherever possible your goods will be sent in this way. If an item is particularly heavy or of an irregular shape we will use contracted carriers and there may be an additional delivery charge. Please note that a signature will be required for all deliveries. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange re-delivery.


Availability


We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products however occasionally an item will be out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you. All delivery forecasts are estimates and as such Eland Lodge cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. Should delivery be critical we would be happy to source an enhanced service level or another delivery contractor; this service will attract an additional charge. Should the contractor subsequently fail to meet this delivery request for reasons outside of the control of Eland Lodge Equestrian, Eland Lodge Equestrian shall not be held responsible in any way.


Returns[Index]


If you wish to return an item this must be within 14 days and the item must be in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, and have not been personalised or customised in any way. Please note that all items will be subject to inspection and refunds will only be authorised if the goods confirm to this criteria. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product or that it should become damaged during transportation, you must inform us within 24hrs and return the item for our inspection. Cheque refunds will be made in the name of the original customer. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods.
Please note that the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items, DVD's, CD's, Videos, Underwea. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, please note we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)


Please note: For hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable.


Arrangements and the cost to return goods to us are your responsibility. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the return will be refunded.
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations.
Products returned due to fault or failure during this period will be returned to the manufacturer for their assessment. Eland Lodge will only refund or exchange following authorisation from the manufacturer. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.


This is in addition to your statutory rights.


We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and insurance for your parcel against loss or damage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
